Charge Ready Home Program Warranty Claim Process

If you encounter any issues covered under warranty, please follow these steps to file a claim: 

  1. Contact Us: 
    • Call our toll-free number: (866) 579-2029
    • Alternatively, you can email us at evhome@scerebate.com with your project details, a description of the issue, and any relevant documentation. 
  2. Initial Assessment: 
    • Our customer service team will acknowledge your claim within 1 business day and may request additional information. 
  3. Resolution: 
    • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will provide a hand-off with the contractor.  
    • If the contractor does not provide a resolution, they will risk being removed from the program.

Contractor Participation Agreement

Download this pdf to review the terms of the Contractor Participation Agreement. To be eligible for the SCE Charge Ready Home contractor network, contractors must review the agreement and return a signed copy of the Contractor Participation Agreement to the Program Administrator.
