Charge Ready Home Program Warranty Claim Process

If you encounter any issues covered under warranty, please follow these steps to file a claim: 

  1. Contact Us: 
    • Call our toll-free number: (866) 579-2029
    • Alternatively, you can email us at evhome@scerebate.com with your project details, a description of the issue, and any relevant documentation. 
  2. Initial Assessment: 
    • Our customer service team will acknowledge your claim within 1 business day and may request additional information. 
  3. Resolution: 
    • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will provide a hand-off with the contractor.  
    • If the contractor does not provide a resolution, they will risk being removed from the program.

Mail-In Enrollment Form

For applicants with limited access to the internet or inability to complete the online application, this form allows customers to start the rebate application process with a printed form that can be mailed back to the Program Administrator along with required documents.

Mail-In Rebate Claim Form

Use this form if you are not working with an in-network contractor and submit the required documents after completing the electrical panel upgrade and circuit installation work to receive your rebate.

Household Summary Form

This form collects information to determine if an applicant qualifies for the income-based electrical panel upgrade rebate based on household size and income limits.

EV Charger Attestation Form

This form requires the applicant to confirm they understand the program requirement to install a level 2 EV charger at their home within 180 days of receiving the electrical panel upgrade rebate.
